  • Describe the impor­tance of resiliency and flex­i­bil­ity in the con­text of change.
  • Explain the impor­tance of flex­i­bil­ity in the con­text of change, and demon­strate meth­ods the change leader and indi­vid­ual change par­tic­i­pant can use to pro­mote flex­i­bil­ity.
