We all make mistakes. Mistakes are important because, when we fail, we have opportunity to discover and develop our emotional maturity and improve our strength of character.
Mistakes are also dangerous…
Zoom was a telecommunication company in Nigeria, they did not prepare or know how to avert mistakes or crisis. They were one of the fast rising telecommunication company and giving their competitors reason to fasten their belt, but they lost it to mistakes and crisis and zoomed off completely.
Trebor was a candy. It was doing well in the market at a time, until they realized that they lack the strategies to avert crisis or fight back into the market. They lost it and sadly, nobody missed them.
Their is no company or organization that will not rise to its level of incompetence. What strategies do you have in place? Do you have competent team?
